"Judgment is a read with a name attached" is the sentence. A model can read the room, summarize the room, even predict the room, but it cannot be the one who has to stay when the read is wrong. That changes everything. Accountability is not a little legal footer you staple onto an answer after the fact. It is part of what sharpens the perception in the first place. The apprenticeship point hurts too. We keep stripping away the ugly first-pass work where judgment used to be absorbed, then act surprised when people can produce the deliverable but cannot carry the room.
